A portable heater can be supported on an adjustable frame for fitment to an open top fluid storage tank. The adjustable frame has beams which can extend across the diameter of the open top storage tank. Heating elements can extend from the frame and into an interior of the storage tank for heating any fluids stored therein. The heater further has an agitator for agitating fluids stored within the storage tank. The heater can also have a thermostat for self-controlling the temperature of the heating elements. |
