Disclosed in the present invention is a rubber composition of low-specific-gravity fluorine rubber. The rubber composition of low-specific-gravity fluorine rubber of the present invention comprises: a polymer consisting of fluorine rubber (FKM); and filler consisting of hollow-type soda-lime borosilicate, having 15-30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polymer.
