PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To refer to the processing situation of all the electronic document included in transaction by obtaining the circulation history of the same transaction related with the circulation of the electronic document at the time of delivering the electronic document to a delivering destination from a delivering source, and displaying the circulation history in response to a request. SOLUTION: An electronic document sending system 201 consists of a server 211 processing the management and circulation of the electronic document, user terminals 212 to 217 for users to process the circulated electronic document and a network device 218 connecting the server 211 and the terminals 212 to 217. A user receives the electronic document through the use of the terminals 212 to 217 and executes the procedure of editing it and circulating it to a next circulation destination. In this case, the circulating history of the same transaction related to the circulation of the electronic document is obtained and displayed in response to a request. Then, the server 211 delivers the electronic document, for which the user executes the procedure of circulating to a next circulating destination, to the next circulating destination. |
