The present invention relates to a horse riding exercise mechanism that can be appropriately driven in response to various topographical changes such as uphills and downhills, is capable of sensitively responding to such topographical changes, and thus is optimized for realistic horse riding senses. The horse riding exercise mechanism includes a main body having a saddle member that a user sits on and a driving unit that drives the saddle member in at least one of vertical and front-back directions and is provided with an angle adjustment unit that is provided below the main body and moves the main body to be capable of angular adjustment in the vertical direction with respect to a receiving surface of the main body. Accordingly, the driving can be appropriately performed in response to the various topographical changes such as the uphills and downhills, and thus the present invention can be sensitive to such topographical changes and can be optimized for the realistic horse riding senses.
