The present invention provides a roll-to-roll system pressure retaining device, improving a quality by precisely controlling printing pressure between rollers. The roll-to-roll system pressure retaining device comprises: a first roller; a second roller disposed in parallel to the first roller; a movable stand installed in each end of the second roller; a base unit installed to enable the movable stand to be moved in one direction thereof; and a driving unit installed on the base unit and enabling the movable stand to move in one direction of the base unit.
