摘要 The present invention relates to a vertebral body posterior approaching artificial disc spread in a crossing shape by rotation and capable of being inserted between adjacent vertebrae. The vertebral body posterior approaching artificial disc comprises: a first body having a rectangular shape without a side, and inserted between adjacent vertebrae to support upper and lower vertebrae and provide the upper and lower vertebrae with elasticity; and a second body having a rectangular shape without a side, supporting the upper and lower vertebrae, providing the upper and lower vertebrae with elasticity, and coupled with the first body to be rotated. The second body, after being overlapped in the outside of the first body, is axially rotated by a predetermined tool to be spread in an X shape toward a direction different from the first body. According to the present invention, the vertebral body posterior approaching artificial disc can perform a minimal invasive surgery (MIS) in a posterior side of the vertebral body, and can stably support upper and lower vertebral bodies in a wide surface area by being spread in a crossing shape after being inserted in the vertebral bodies.
