PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a drawback that difference is caused in the quality of welding by hand waving or the like of a worker during welding work in a semi-automatic welding when conventionally welding the joint part between pipes which are joined vertically.SOLUTION: An auxiliary device for welding pipes is composed of an annular guide rail which is provided along the peripheral direction of the outer peripheral surface of a lower pipe in the welding of the pipes which are joined vertically and a welding torch supporting base for supporting the welding torch of a welding equipment. |
