PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to achieve radio communication that satisfies a desired request reception error rate in various communication environments.SOLUTION: In a terminal device (30), parameter determination means (36: S250) determines the encoding parameter of a disappearance correction code so as to satisfy a request error rate corresponding to an application that serves as a supply source of transmission information, and resource allocation request means (311) transmits a resource allocation request including the determined encoding parameter to a network side device. In the network side device (10), on receiving the resource allocation request, resource allocation means (123: S510-560) determines a modulation and coding scheme satisfying a target error rate and allocates communication with a terminal device bandwidth necessary to transmit packets generated at the time of disappearance correction coding by one transmission frame according to information announced by the resource allocation request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
