PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting mechanism capable of vertically lifting an object between at least two storeys.SOLUTION: In place of conventional lift equipment, the lifting mechanism comprises: a conveyer unit as a mechanism for supporting a pallet; a pallet support lift mechanism for lifting the conveyer unit; and a pallet holding mechanism capable of changing an attitude of a pallet holding member between a holding attitude and a passing attitude. When the conveyer unit is stopped on one storey, the pallet holding mechanism is mechanically linked with the conveyer unit, changes the attitude of the pallet holding member from the passing attitude to the holding attitude and holds the pallet in a state of being supported by the conveyer unit. When the conveyer unit supporting the pallet is lifted from one storey, the pallet holding mechanism corresponding to the storey changes the attitude of the pallet holding mechanism from the holding attitude to the passing attitude and allows the pallet in a state of being supported by the conveyer unit to be lifted. |
