MULTIMEDIA CONFERENCE GUIDING DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a multimedia conference guide preparing device in a dispersed conference system capable of preparing and distributing a conference guide by using various kinds of media in one's own seat, collecting the replies to the conference guide by using various kinds of media, facilitating the distribution of the conference guide and the collection of the replies and improving the conference guide and the information amount and the power of expression of the replies. CONSTITUTION:A dispersed conference system performing an edition processing for the video signals and sound signals from plural conference terminals 40 in a conference server 60 and retransmitting the signals to a conference terminal is composed by using a conference server 60, the plural conference terminals 40 and a communication network 300 connecting them. This multimedia conference guiding device is composed by providing a means recording a conference guide and the replies to the conference guide and a means expressing the conference guide and the replies to the conference guide on the one or plural windows of the conference terminals 40 by one or plural media.
