PURPOSE:To provide a device for fixing an electric box in an indoor apparatus which enables the electric box to be fixed in place simply by screwing without damaging the electronic parts therein. CONSTITUTION:The subject relates to a device for fixing an electric box in an indoor apparatus which is designed to fix the driving motor 11 for the fan 7 by putting an electric box 21 to the front of the driving motor 11 and screwing up the electric box 21 to the body 1 of the indoor apparatus. On the electric box 21 a cylindrical member 33 is formed as an integral part functioning as a guide for the screw for the fixing and in the outer wall of the cylindrical member 33 an opening 35 extending axially by a length shorter than the screwhead is formed.
