CONSTITUTION:The linear motor transport system comprises the primary sides 2 arranged along a rail 1 at a predetermined interval, and a carrier 3 having a secondary conductor wherein each primary side is equipped with a sensor 5A for detecting the carrier and the power supply circuit for the sensor is turned ON/OFF as the carrier 3 runs.</p> |
