[Also in Divisions C2 and C3] A polyurethane coating composition comprises the reaction product of at least one active hydrogen-containing compound, e.g. a polyol, polyamine, polyester, water with 2,4- bis(4-isocyanatocyclohexylmethyl) cyclohexyl isocyanate, stated to be novel, alone or with other polyisocyanates. In an example a coating composition is prepared from 2,4-bis(4-isocyanatocyclohexylmethyl) cyclohexyl isocyanate and an equal weight of liquid 4,4'-methylene bis (cyclohexylisocyanate) and the reaction product of adipic acid and a mixture of 70 mole % ethylene glycol and 30 mole % propylene glycol and is coated onto glass. |
