PURPOSE:To carry an active seed on a carrier in a short period, moreover to disperse plural active seeds simultaneously and uniformly to carry. CONSTITUTION:Metal-containing silicate powder is added in an active seed soln. and the soln. is agitated at room temp. for 2 hours to give a slurry. This slurry is sent to an atomizer 8 from a tank 1 by a tube pump 2 and sprayed in a drying chamber 3, and a fine droplet of the slurry is dried rapidly by the contact with a hot air to afford catalyst powder.
