Floors and building units are strengthened and sealed by injecting a solution containing 1 part weight urea in 0.5 - 3 (pref. 1.25 - 2.5) parts weight water, an acid catalyst and 1.5 - 2 parts formalin. The mixture quickly hardens to a resinous mixture of low viscosity.
