Vinyl plastics case encloses a cavity filled with gas at above atmospheric pressure so as to keep the case stretched, pellets in the cavity make a noise when the ball moves. The mould for this is coated with the plastics in fluid form, spun to spread this evenly throughout and heated during this to make a viscous, elastic and hollow case.
