PURPOSE:To enable the heating of a food and drink having the fluidity such as a food and drink, e.g. a juice or soup, a pasty food, e.g. MISO (fermented bean paste), a paste of mustard or further a liquid food containing solid substances such as a vegetable or meat, e.g. curry roux or stew without deteriorating the flavor. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus for heating a food and drink is provided by inputting a temperature for heating a material to be heated with a temperature setter 34 by an operator, sensing the temperature of the material to be heated after heating thereof in a pipeline with a temperature sensor 31, controlling an electric power regulator 32 on a signal from a controlling part 30 having a set value changing part 41 for changing the set temperature and a timer 42 based on a temperature difference between both and controlling the electric power for electrodes 17 and 18. The control is performed so as to gradually raise the set temperature to the inputted set value in the initial peroid of starting counted with the timer 42. |
