PURPOSE:To obtain a video conference system realizing a paper-less conference without caring the relation between a talker and a conference material of the talker in a video conference. CONSTITUTION:Conference information used by a talker is received from a conference information entry device 7 in a form of an image and a retrieval table representing cross reference between the conference information and a position of the talker is generated in a memory 9, the corresponding conference information is retrieved and sent to an opposite station together with an object through a transmitter 15. Thus, a paper-less conference is realized by displaying simultaneously the talker and its conference material in a video conference. |
