PURPOSE:To use most parts of a transmission coder/decoder for each stage in common by applying time division multiplexing to each transmission series of layers of a transmission line by a predetermined multiplexing ratio and sending the result. CONSTITUTION:A signal Le1 is inputted to a 1st signal arrangement distributer 1021 to provide outputs of arrangement data Ie1, Qe1 received by a digital modulator 1024 via a multiplexer 1023. Furthermore, the signal Le2 is converted into arrangement data Ie2, Qe2 at a 2nd signal arrangement distributer 1022 and sent by using two symbols. Each of arrangement data is subjected to time division multiplexing at a predetermined ratio by the multiplexer 1023 and a transmission signal is obtained by a digital modulator 1024. After the transmission signal is converted, the result is inputted to a weighting receiver 103, a digital demodulator 1031 obtains arrangement data Id, Qd, demultiplexed based on a multiplexing ratio by a demultiplexer 1032 to provide an output and Ld1, Ld2 equivalent to the original information are decoded by signal arrangement decoders 1033, 1034 based on the signal arrangement. |
