The uninterrupted conductive track extends above a cork layer passivating the integrated semiconductor circuit. An electrode region of one circuit element has at both ends terminals for a conductive track. - The electrode region is sufficiently low-ohmic and is longitudinally extended to accommodate the conductive track terminals. Preferably the extended electrode region forms an limitter region of a transistor. The conductive tracks intersection may be applied in the production of a bipolar, monolithic memory matrix with selective access.
