<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for realizing a ubiquitous computing in consideration of the existence of finished product constituted of a plurality of parts. <P>SOLUTION: A first IC chip C is provided with only a storage part 11 for storing relation information 11d between first chip ID "C" showing the presence of relation information and a second IC chip B and a program 11c and a radio communicating part 12. A second IC chip B is provided with only the storage part 11 for storing second IC chip ID "B" showing the absence of the relation information and the radio communicating part 12.
