PURPOSE:To shorten the period of charging and to minimize a charging unit, by evading the change of the period of a charging signal outputted from a mobile telephone moving machine, and performing the control of the charging with the period shorter then that of the charging signal and synchronized with the charging signal by a mobile telephone terminal. CONSTITUTION:Responding to call issuing from a mobile station 2, a base station 1 sends a charging start signal 31 and a charging period signal 32 with a period of T, and the mobile telephone moving machine 21 receiving these signals sends the charging signal 33 with the period of T to the mobile telephone terminal 22. The mobile telephone terminal 22, receiving the charging signal 33, generates the period signal whose period is T/N(N is a natural number) and synchronized with the charging signal 33. In this example, the N is set at N=10. The mobile telephone terminal 22 charges 100 yen in first period T, and after that, performs the control of the charging by the period signal. and a charging amount is increased by 10 yen at every period of T/10. Also, it is possible to change the charging cycle and the charging unit corresponding to activity status by enabling a value N which divides the period T of the charging signal 33 to be set and changed. |
