PURPOSE:To provide a dope fiber connection structure with which internal reflection at a connection part of a dope fiber to an optical fiber can be reduced to the minimum. CONSTITUTION:In a dope fiber connection structure, a dope fiber 1 of a specific refraction factor difference DELTAD and an optical fiber 2 of a specific refraction factor difference DELTAA are optically connected to each other having an intermediate optical fiber 3 of a specific refraction ratio difference DELTABi (i=1, 2...n) between the specific refraction ratio difference DELTAD and the specific refraction ratio difference DELTAA between them.
