ETS TRANSCRIPTION FACTOR

PURPOSE:To obtain a novel ETS transcription factor stimulating the transcription activity of a gene. CONSTITUTION:A site well preserved in the base sequences of an ETS family transcription factor group is used. A cDNA synthesized from a mRNA prepared from an HepG 2 cell is subjected to a PCR reaction to multiply the gene. The base sequence of the produced PCR reactional product is analyzed to give a new ETS transcription factor.
