The necessary amt. of viscose suspension required for each layer is measured purely by volume and determined according to the number of pill cores, the surface area of the coat and the layer thickness. Pref. the voiume sprayed is automatically increased from layer to alyer once the hot air drying of the previous layer is completed according to the humidity and/or temp. in the drum.
