<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller for shortening the time needed until a driven object starts to move by driving the backlash of a motor in the maximum speed when driving a motor in reverse rotation. <P>SOLUTION: The motor controller provides a position control signal for bringing rotation speed of the motor to the maximum to a servo amplifier at a backlash driving time t<SB>1</SB>when driving the motor in reverse rotation via a CPU servo amplifier, and provides a position control signal for performing the position control of the driven object upon the passing of the backlash driving time t<SB>1</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
