PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a film itself and the bond strength to a substrate by dipping the substrate made of a conductive material on the surface into an electrolyte containing calcium ions and phosphoric acid ions, applying a voltage under the hydrothermal condition, and depositing calcium phosphate on the surface of the substrate. SOLUTION: An electrolyte is filled in an autoclave 5, and a substrate 1 and a counter electrode 2 are dipped in the electrolyte. The temperature of the electrolyte is controlled constant by a heater 4, a thermocouple 9, and a temperature controller 10. When a voltage is applied between the substrate 1 and the counter electrode 2 by a DC power supply 7 while the electrolyte is stirred by stirring blades 3, calcium phosphate is deposited on the surface of the substrate 1. The temperature of the electrolyte is set to 100-500 deg.C, and the pressure in a reaction container is set to 0.1-50 MPa. The electrolyte contains at least Na<+> ions 110-170 mM, HPO4 <2+> ions 0.8-1.2 mM, and Ca<2+> ions 2.0-3.0 mM, and it is added with a pH buffer (CH2 OH)3 CNH2 to adjust the pH to 6.0-8.0. |
