PURPOSE:To recover deodorizing performance and maintain the deodorizing performance semi-permanently by a method wherein heating operation is effected by a heating unit to remove the constituents of smell, which are adsorbed to a deodorizing unit, through thermal decomposition. CONSTITUTION:An accumulated time of operation comparing means I104 decides whether the accumulated time of operation has arrived at a set accumulated time of operation (t1), stored and set by a set accumulated time of operation memorizing means 103, or not. A time comparing means II107 decides whether the time of a time measuring means II105, measuring the time of elapse from the starting of the operation, has arrived at a set time (t2) stored by a set time memorizing means II106, or not. When the accumulated time of operation of a ventilation motor has become longer than a set accumulated time of operation (t1), the time of elapse from the starting of operation has become longer than a set time (t2) and a suction temperature difference is lower than a set suction temperature difference, the opening control of the electric circuit of a heating unit is effected by a heating unit operation control means 112. |
