PURPOSE:To improve the resolution and reliability with a less expensive unit, by detecting the coordinates position by adding the periodical vibration with the coordinates position input unit toward the orthogonal direction of the coordinates position detector which is constituted by crossing a plural number of electrodes facing the dielectric layer.
