Multilayer belting mfr. - by introducing bonding yarn to secure woven layers using their warp-weft structure to build a common bonding system

In the mfr. of a multilayer belting material, for conveyors and materials handling applications, at least two separate woven layers are bonded together during weaving by a bonding yarn so that the bondings in the separate layers are joined together in a common bonding structure within the layers. The process bonds together the warps and wefts of each woven layer into a multilayer fabric with a min. number of operating stages.
