Filling lance comprising (a) a control tube with >=1 ports, connected to the top of a cylindrical part having a coupling bush on which an ear, which can be coupled to a control device, is fabricated; (b) a pipe supporting the lance and concentrically surrounding the control tube, with a warm water inlet at the top and supported at the lower end of a control cylinder with a bored piston, which is fixed to the lance pipe by a conical bottom, and is provided with a packing bush comprising the lance-carrying flange; (c) a lance pipe concentrically surrounding the lance support pipe in such a way that an annular guide chamber for the yellow phosphorous results; (d) a heating jacket producing a heating chamber surrounding the lance pipe, and projecting at its top through a double walled pipe on one side, in such a way that the hot water in the heating chamber and yellow phosphorus can flow into the annular chamber while on the other side it is provided with a warm water outlet (e) a spring-loaded water-outlet valve, fitted at the lower end of the control piston.
