PURPOSE:To enable manufacturing to be achieved by a series of equipment in a line by integrating all the operations ranging from cutting of steel plates to lamination of steel cores, by taking such a procedure as to cut hoop material to a prescribed length to prepare steel plates for legs and joints and then to laminate them in turn. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate coiled into a hooplike shape is cut into strips of a prescribed length by a cutting device to prepare leg plates 1, short joining plates 2 and long joining plates 3. And then, plural rows of the leg plates 1 are inserted into the steel cores laminated section keeping the tips aligned, and at the same time, plural fows of the short joining plates 2 are also inserted and assembled between the legs from the front in such a manner that they would not come on the top of the leg plates 1. This operation is repeated several times. And then, the leg plates 1 and the long joining plates 3 are inserted and supplied at angles which are 90 deg. different from each other, and these are assembed so that tips of the leg plates 1 contact side surface of the long joining plates 3, and then this operation is repeated several times. |
