PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence on the processing even in case when a communication control device executes on-line processing, and also to execute monitoring without increasing hardware by executing monitor processing by use of a scanning time of a circuit having no processing request. CONSTITUTION:A scanning circuit is provided on a processing part for scanning and dividedly controlling plural circuit corresponding parts, a scanning counter LNC of its scanning circuit is added by ''1'', its count value is sent to the circuit corresponding part through a multiplexer MPX and a scanning circuit number signal lne SLN, and the circuit corresponding part is scanned. Also, a processing request of the circuit corresponding part is inputted to an interruption selecting circuit INTSEL and an OR gate through a processing request signal line L-INT. In case when monitoring is executed, if no request exists in the line L-INT, an output signal (b) is inputted to the circuit INTSEL by an signal of an external interrupting signal line S-INT from a service processor, and a monitoring instruction is given to the processing part so that no influence is exerted on the data processing of the multiplexer MPX of on-line. |
