发明名称 SUBMERGED ARC WELDING METHOD FOR HARDENING AND BUILD-UP
摘要 PURPOSE:To execute submerged arc welding for hardening and build-up with good internal structure without defects by compounding a specific ratio each of Ti and B or the oxide thereof with C, Si, Mn and Cr components compounded at specific ratios and incorporating further a specific ratio each of Mo, V, Nb and Al therewith in some case. CONSTITUTION:The flux of a flux cored welding wire is formulated to contain the base components consisting of 0.1-0.5wt% C, 0.2-2.0wt% Si, 0.3-3.0wt% Mn and 1.0-4.0wt% Cr at 10-60% ratio by the total weight of the flux. The flux is further compounded with >=1 kinds of 0.1-5.0wt% Ti or the oxide thereof and 0.1-1.0wt% B or the oxide thereof. In some case, >=1 kinds among <=4.0wt% Mo, <=2.0wt% V and <=1.0wt% Nb are incorporated therein or 2.0wt% Al is incorporated therein or both are compounded therewith. The flux cored wire contg. the flux compounded with such components makes possible the execution of the satisfactory submerged arc welding for hardening and build-up having the fine internal structure without defects.
