PURPOSE:To regenerate with cutting the tip end utilizing the pressurizing mechanism of a welder by constituting the regeneration device to cut the tip of a tip with the guide member to convert a straight line movement into rotary movement, the cutter to be rotated by the guide member and the means to hold the cutter inside the guide member. CONSTITUTION:The cutter 4 having the thread 5 engaging the thread 2 of the change nut 1 having large lead angle is head by disc spring 7. The cut edge 6 of file tooth shape is fitted on the surface of the cutter 4 as well. With pressurizing this therefore by inserting into electrodes the cutter 4 is moved in the axial direction and rotary direction and the tip end of the tip strongly pressed by the cut edge 6 is cut off some. The cutting-off degrees can be increased by repeating the pressurizing. |
