TOILET SHOWER: a pre-assembled, independent wall-mounted accessory, when in conjunction with a conventional toilet bowl, acts as a douche and/or shower for cleansing the genital and anal parts of humans. Said device comprises means for attachment to domestic hot and cold water supplies, which supplies are manifolded through a turbulence mixing chamber by means of two metering devices. Manipulation of metering devices sets the outlet temperature of warm water before passage through a third metering device which regulates desired pressure and jet spray pattern. Exiting the third metering device, warm water is directed through an anti back siphonage device on its way to the spray nozzle. A vertically adjustable "Z" shaped spray arm assembly with means allowing for circular movement in the horizontal and vertical planes and an upward turned spray nozzle at its exit end rests at right angles on a toilet bowl rim and provides warm water in a multiplicity of angles and positions for the purpose of washing human body parts. The aforementioned spray nozzle is fitted at its flange with a circular plastic disc of thin gauge wide enough to shield the reservoir of water in the toilet bowl and capable of serving as an anti-splash device. The said spray arm when not in use and in conjunction with a rotatably hinged spray arm extension connected to the exit end of the anti-back siphonage device is very easily swung out of the bowl, folded at rotating joints and neatly clipped to the back wall as an aesthetically enhancing independent unit without compromising the integrity of the toilet fixture. The complete assembly is made of rigid copper and brass and finished in decorative chrome.
