<p>PURPOSE:To form a steric and complex pattern on surface, by providing a masking layer on one surface of a sheet in company with providing a mold releasing agent layer on the masking layer and by printing a pattern on the mold releasing agent layer in company with providing an adhesive layer, and by providing a deposition layer at the side of masking layer, and then by removing the masking layer together with the deposition layer. CONSTITUTION:On one surface of a synthetic resin sheet 7 a masking layer 8 for forming a pattern is provided in company with providing a mold releasing layer 3 on the masking layer 8. The pattern 4 is printed on the mold releasing layer 3 in company with coating an adhesive layer 2 on the layer. The sheet 7 is formed to the surface shape of a shapes 1 by vacuum forming. Then molten resin 13 is poured into the cavity 10 of a mold 9 to the inner surface of the sheet 7, namely to the side of the adhesive layer 2 of the sheet 7. At the masking layer 8 side of the shapes 1, aluminum, copper etc. is deposited to provide a deposition layer 5. Thereafter the masking layer 8 together with the deposition layer 5 are removed by washing off with alcohol etc. There with the deposition layer remains only at the non-masking portions to form a pattern.</p> |
