PURPOSE:To permit a work to be high accurately loaded and unloaded, by arranging a fluid cylinder device, which drives clamping pawls of finger units, parallelly with a rotary shaft in the point end part of a head between the two finger units. CONSTITUTION:Two finger units 8a, 8b are provided forming an angle of 45 deg. with a rotary shaft 5 of a rotatable head main unit 6. The two finger units 8a, 8b are opened and closed by a fluid cylinder device 10a, and an operating rod 12a of said fluid cylinder device 10a is arranged toward the base end of a head parallelly with the rotary shaft 5 in the point end part of the head between the two finger units 8a, 8b. The finger units 8a, 8b are opened and closed through a link 20a having a converting angle of 45 deg. between the operating rod 12a and clamping pawls 7a, 7b of the finger units 8a, 8b. Pressure fluid is supplied to the cylinder device 10a from a rotary joint provided in the rotary shaft 5.
