<p>This payment system comprises, in combination, a support (1), such as a card, on which are fixedly mounted a module consisting of a logic unit (2) and its programmable erasable memory (3) and, removably, another module consisting of a disposable programmable memory (5) containing a certain credit which can be decremented, and a terminal which can advise the logic unit of the amount of a transaction.
