PURPOSE:To simplify the display member of a control panel by displaying copying magnification and preliminary announcement information on a magnification display means. CONSTITUTION:When means 12A2, 12A3 and 403 for detecting preliminary announcement condition such as the overflow of collected toner detect that an inhibition preliminary announcement condition holds, the magnification display means 156 displays the preliminary announcement information in the case that magnification is not inputted and copying processing is not performed, so that an operator recognizes the preliminary announcement information first. Since the set number of copied sheets or the number of already copied sheets in course of repetitively continuing copying is displayed on a copied sheet number display unit when the preliminary announcement information is displayed, the operator judges that copying can be possible, first. When the operator operates magnification input means 151-155, the inputted magnification is displayed on the means 156, so that the operator easily recognizes that the input of magnification can be possible and the inputted magnification is set. Thus, the extra display member for displaying the preliminary announcement information is omitted and the control display panel is simplified. |
