PURPOSE:To attain the formation of a communication system with high reliability by providing a function supervising the radio function to a system control section controlling the entire system. CONSTITUTION:A system control section 1 issues a command of sending a test radio wave to specific radio base stations 301 - 312 or radio portable terminal equipments 401 - 430 to check the radio function of a radio communication equipment and checks the result by allowing other radio base station or radio portable terminal equipment to receive the radio wave to check the transmission state and the reception state. Thus, the state of each of the radio base stations 301 - 312 is read, and the operating state of the system is grasped. Thus, the reliability of the radio telephone system is improved. |
