<p>A device in an exercising apparatus, comprising a belt or rope (5) in the grip section (7) which the operator grasps. The position is freely adjustable and can be locked in for the duration of the exercise. The mechanism to actuate locking can either be located in the grip section (7) or be installed at the opposite end of the belt (9). The device is suitable for application in any type of exercising apparatus and is easily adaptable to existing apparatuses.</p> |
