PURPOSE:To obtain a highly efficient ultrasonic motor and an electronic apparatus with ultrasonic motor. CONSTITUTION:A vibration detecting means 417 respectively extracts, as the voltage signals, a couple of stationary which are mechanical vibrations of a vibrating body 16. Phase differences of such voltage signals are compared with a phase comparing means 419 and a result of comparison is supplied to a shifting means 411. With an output signal of the shifting means 411, a phase difference of the signals supplied to a power amplifying means 420 is adjusted. Amplitudes of voltage signals of a couple of standing waves indicating mechanical vibration of a vibrating body 16 are compared with an amplitude comparing means 418 and a result of comparison is supplied to the power amplifying means 420 to adjust a power amplification coefficient of the power amplifying means 420. A moving body 22 is operated with a vibration wave generated in the vibrating body 16. |
