PURPOSE:To provide the title composition which ensures the early germentation and growth of the seeds of a plant embedded in the surface of a slope. CONSTITUTION:The title composition is prepared by incorporating 0.2-0.5vol.% nonionic surface active agent having an HLB of 8 to 18 into a composition consisting of 90-50vol.% organic composition containing three essential elements each in a specified amount and 10-50vol.% inorganic composition. Examples of the organic composition include peat moss comprising a sphagnum and quinox comprising a bark. The inorganic composition is an air-permeable pearlite having a number of pores inside, obtained through the high-temperature treatment of volcanic rock. |
