Disclosed are compounds of the general formula (I) wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 denote independently from each other H, F provided at least one is F; R6, R7 is H, 1 - 8C alkyl, 3 - 8C cycloalkyl, or phenyl (optionally substituted); and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Said compounds are effective as Na+/H+ exchange inhibitors; process for their preparation, their use as medicinal or diagnostic agent as well as a medicament containing them. |
