New purine and pyrazolo-pyrimidine derivatives

Purine and pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives of formula (I) and their tautomers and salts are new. A+D = N=CR3 or N=CR4; R3, R4, R10-R13 = H or 1-6C alkyl; R1 = 1-4C acyl, or 1-10C alkyl optionally substituted by OH, N3, NR5R6 or OSO2R7; R5, R6 = H or 1-6C alkyl; or NR5R6 = a 5- or 6-membered saturated ring optionally containing another heteroatom selected from S, O and NR8; R8 = H or 1-4C alkyl; R7 = phenyl or 1-5C alkyl; E = O, S or NR9; R9 = H or 1-5C alkyl; L, R2 = 6-10C aryl or optionally benzo-fused 5- to 7-membered heteroaryl (with 1-3 heteroatoms selected from S, N and O), optionally substituted by 1-3 halo, OH, NO2, CF3, COOH, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl or (W)aNR10R11; a = 0 or 1; W, W' = CO or SO2; the rings are optionally substituted by 6-10C aryl or optionally benzo-fused 5- to 7-membered heteroaryl (with 1-3 heteroatoms selected from S, N and O), optionally substituted by 1-2 halo, OH, NO2, CF3, COOH, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, 2-6C alkoxycarbonyl or (W')bNR12R13; b = 0 or 1; T = CH2XY; X = a bond, O, S or NH; and Y = 1-8C alkylene.
