PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pressurizing and fixing device which has at least a fixing member, pressurizing member and coating means for release oil consisting of dimethyl silicone oil, is capable of preventing the offset of toners, has a long release life and lessens the occurrence of roller flaws. SOLUTION: At least the surface of the fixing member of the heat pressurizing and fixing device for toner images having the fixing member and the coating means for the release oil consisting of the dimethyl silicone oil is the dimethyl silicone oil of a modulus of elasticity E' in storage within a range larger than 1.0×10<6> dyn/cm<2> and smaller than 1.5×10 dyn/cm<2> and a modulus of elasticity E" in loss within a range larger than 1.0×10<5> dyn/cm<2> and smaller than 7.5×10<5> dyn/cm<2> . The dimethyl silicone oil is applied on the front surface of this rubber and the coating amt. thereof is 1 to 20 mg/621 cm<2> (A4 equiv.).
