PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the concentricity of bearings by simple work and constitution by forming an extracting hole having a constant inside diameter in a housing, and installing plural bearings standardized in conformity to a prescribed standard in this through an O ring. SOLUTION: A housing 1 has inside a hollow extracting hole 6 having a constant inside diameterϕA, which continues up to the rear end from the front end, and a shaft 3 penetrating in this longitudinal direction is journalled by bearings 2a and (b) installed in the vicinity of front and rear end parts of the extracting hole 6. The extracting hole 6 is easily worked with high accuracy by a drill and a reamer. The bearings 2a and (b) are a dynamic pressure bearing, and the whole dimensions such as a diameterϕB, a lengthwise dimension C, an inside diameterϕD of a shaft installing hole are unified and standardized into a prescribed standard, and an installing position is held by a retainer ring 8 of a recessed groove 10, and an O ring 7 is installed in a recessed groove 9. The O ring 7 is made of metal, and has resiliency, and absorbs/damps impact, and keeps concentricity of the bearings 2a and (b). Therefore, the bearings can be installed in the housing by simple work and constitution without causing work strain.
