PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and quickly create a capillary cassette. SOLUTION: A support being made of silicone rubber in a cassette holder 1 at an injection side is pierced by a needle 3. The tip of capillary column where a specific position from the tip is grasped by a chuck 7 is pieced to the silicone rubber through a guide pipe 5 and the needle 3. When the dregs of the silicone rubber is filled in the needle 3, the dregs is pushed out by the capillary column. The tip of the capillary column projecting from an opposite side where the needle is pierced is grasped by a chuck 11. The covering of the capillary column being placed at the specific position from the tip of the capillary column is eliminated by the heat of a Nichrome wire coil 13 and a detection window is created. Only the needle 3 is pulled from the silicone rubber. The capillary column that pierces the silicone rubber is fixed to the cassette holder 1 at the injection side by the elastic force of the silicone rubber that operates in a direction where a hole is closed.
