PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain lights having arranged optical frequencies from lights having various optical frequencies by outputting the light from a gap by a current or voltage fed from a plurality of members disposed across the gap. SOLUTION: A light incident on elements 1, 2 of an input dipole antenna forms a standing wave thereon, generates a voltage or current at an optical frequency at a gap 5 acting as an output antenna. The light emitted from the gap 5 reflects between reflection-permeable films 3, 4 between which a standing wave is formed. It apparently acts as a filter L in view of an element circuit, forms an output light at a frequency resonant with Lf, Lb, and can generate a small-spot coherent light from the incident light. The elements 1, 2 of the input dipole antenna have widths of multiples of λ /2 as well as heights and lengths of multiples of λ/2. |
